What we collect
Information you give us. Your name and email when you subscribe or use our contact form; anything you choose to share in a message or prayer request; and, if you become a client, the billing details needed to process payment.
Information collected automatically. Standard server logs — such as IP address and browser type — kept briefly by our hosting provider for security and to deliver the site.
The tools we use
We rely on a few trusted service providers who process information on our behalf:
- Kit (ConvertKit) — manages our email list and sends the emails you sign up for.
- Less Annoying CRM — powers our contact form and stores our client records.
- Cloudflare — hosts and protects the website.
- Google Fonts — displays our typefaces, and may receive your IP address in order to serve the fonts.
- A trusted third-party payment provider — processes payments if you become a client. We do not store your full card details.
How we use your information
To reply to you, send the emails you asked for, provide prayer coverage, process payments, and improve our work. The prayer requests and personal things you share with us, we treat with care and confidentiality within our prayer team.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not track you across the web. Essential cookies may be set by our form and hosting providers so the site works properly.
Sharing
We do not sell your information, ever. We share it only with the service providers listed above, as needed to run the ministry, or if we are required to by law.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. You may also ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. If you live in the EU or UK (under GDPR) or in California (under the CCPA), you have additional rights of access and deletion. To make any request, email connect@workplaceprayer.com and we will respond.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
